What is the Defect?
A potential issue has been identified with the 12V fuse block in certain Winnebago motorhomes. Certain wiring configurations to the 4-way fuse block and cover can generate heat exceeding the fuse block’s capacity.
Impact on Vehicle Operation:
The fridge will not operate on 12 volts.
Immediate Actions:
Owners of affected units should immediately discontinue using the fridge on 12 volts and remove the fridge fuse from the 4-way fuse box located in the battery box area (refer to the owner letter for instructions).
Rectification / Repair:
The fridge wiring will be re-routed and the fuse block replaced.

What is the Defect?
The underbody water tank mounting rods may crack, causing the water tank to dislodge or fall off, increasing the risk of an accident-causing injury or death.
Immediate Actions:
Drain and cease using fresh and grey water tanks until the modification is completed.
Arrange for a mechanic with access to a pit or hoist capable of servicing a 4.5 tonne vehicle.
Have the mechanic contact AMH Products on 1800 497 017 (AU) or 0800 441 455 (NZ) for work instructions.
Await part dispatch from AMH Products (approx. 2 weeks).
Modification is expected to take 3–4 hours.
Rectification / Repair:
Underbody water tank mounting rods will be replaced or reinforced as required.
